Equipment

Director Sean Ripley with cinematographer Steve Julien and boom operator Joel Szymanowski.

Camera
"Time Lapse" was shot using a customized Panasonic AG-DVX 100a camera with a wide angle lens adapter, matte box and filters, and a 16 x 9 onboard LCD monitor. We also used a spider dolly with 40 feet of track and a Glidecam 2000 PRO for the moving shots.

Sound
To capture the sound, we used a Sennheiser Shotgun Microphone with a shock mount, zeppelin, windsock, and telescoping boom pole.

Lighting
Our lighting was done with an Omni Lighting Kit, which included four 1000-kilowatt junior lights. We used bounceboards, filters, scrims, and overheads to get the desired setup for each shot.

Editing
The completed project was assembled with a PowerMac G5 editing suite including Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, and Motion.

"Time Lapse" was shot all throughout northwest Indiana and included the towns of Valparaiso, Hebron, Kouts, Chesterton, and LaPorte.

The producers would like to thank George Katz and Perry Sheetz for allowing us to shoot at their homes, and the town of Valparaiso for allowing us to film downtown. We would also like to thank the following businesses for granting us permission to shoot on their premises: the Songbird Prairie Bed and Breakfast in Valparaiso, First National Bank in Valparaiso, Katie's Fine Antiques in Chesterton, B & J's American Cafe in LaPorte, Lemster's Floral in Valparaiso, and The Inn at Aberdeen in Valparaiso.
